Everything! We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. The location was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and made us feel at home. It was truly a wonderful experience for us as a family.

Big spacious apartment, with all sorts of shops closeby. Very friendly staff and a short walk to the coast.

On arrival we were upgraded to the Springfonteun River Lodge ( on the same property). These luxury suites are so comfortable and private, we were blown away. The breakfast (included) was superp.

Wonderful & spotless hotel where any guest is truly invited to relax. Gorgeous rooms with panoramic views to the ocean, well equipped from the whirlpool in the rooms, to the little biscuits and chocolats available, to the options to watch Netflix directly setup. The team running the hotel is beyond fantastic - special mention to Dean who has truly made our stay special with his impeccable service, positive attitude & attention to detail (we got our own private dinner on the balcony!). Highly recommended hotel.

really warm hearted, welcoming staff! We had an apartment with a small private pool and sea view. It was amazing!! So sad to leave after just one night. We loved Hermanus! Could spot some whales just 1 minute walking distance from the hotel :)

We were lucky to get a room for a night over the Easter weekend. A large, comfortable room facing the sea. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff, friendly and helpful. Exceptional value.

Layout is fantastic and room was amazing

De Kloof Heritage Estate is an amazingly beautiful and very charming place , which largely exceeded our expectations. Our Family room was stunning , so beautifully appointed , spacious and super charming and comfortable . Our son of 12 years loved his room upstairs , it was so cosy. Breakfast was incredible , croissants , yoghurts with all kinds of muesli , fruits and on the side jams and honey , all on the lovely terrace under the oak trees . The staff and also the owner of the estate is super friendly and helpful, we really felt very welcomed.

Fabulous. Comfortable , warm, bathroom state of the art. Lovely staff. Dog friendly (dog loving in fact !). Very tasty breakfast. Home made Muesli to die for. Home made jams and everything perfect.

Big room with views on both the sea and the mountain. Lovely host and delicious breakfast. Very clean room.
