Every thing was great . nice and friendly staff

The hotel staff were awesome! The owner was very good at communicating with us leading up to the stay. Then the gentleman at the desk was so kind. The hotel is in a fantastic location!! We were then for the Christmas Market but it would be perfect in the summer or the winter!

We met Michael at the location specified and he took us to the apartment and told us how everything worked. The apartment was easy to access via elevator and the apartment looked exactly like the photo on Booking.com. The one new item was the sleeper sofa which was new and super comfy! The location was very central and right in front of a bus stop so we had no problem going to the Chateau or Vevey. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location right by the water. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The shared toilets and showers were very clean. We brought a bottle of wine with us and forgot to bring a corkscrew. We asked at the downstairs at the restaurant if we could use one just to open our bottle. They opened our bottle and even let us borrow two wine glasses! They were so nice. We had a great stay!

Brilliant apartment in this lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but also inobstrusive. The size of the apartment was fantastic - two good sized bedrooms, a decent bathroom and a bit open-plan living area. And having this self-catering accommodation with the servicing of a hotel was fabulous. Kitchen pretty well equipped and we cooked full meals with ease here.

Rooms and all areas were very clean. Everything looked new. Very cute courtyard and outdoor eating area. Staff were all very friendly and nice.

Cute apartment in a calm neighborhood, the host is very kind and the place is sparkling clean. Great views over the lake just 100 meters down the street and about 15-20 mins walk to the train station.

Beautiful view and convenient location. The room was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The hosts were very friendly , helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was wonderful .

Exceptional location and apartment and host. We had such a delightful time- it is walking distance to Christmas markets and very quiet for sleeping at night. Highly recommend!!!

It's very close to public transportation. The apartment had reasonable means of cooking simple meals.

This is a truly charming and historic hotel with very welcoming staff. The views over the lake from our room’s balcony were spectacular. We did the prix fixe dinner and it was amazing. Excellent breakfast too
