We had an amazing stay, everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A special thanks to the entire team for going above and beyond when my dad lost his wallet. Everyone was so helpful and reassuring, and they managed to find it for him! Huge appreciation to Hazem for taking the lead and helping him find it, and to Shoroque for your kindness and always greeting us with a warm smile. Truly a wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be coming back!
