Froso is lovely friendly and was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Elena is a super woman in charge of housekeeping and was always there to help. We booked a 12 day stay with a garden view room at this property. We also had close friends staying at the same location and they were able to place our rooms next to each other. The hotel is very clean inside and out, it’s quiet as it sits off the main road giving you some privacy and the owners and workers are amazing and work hard to provide you with the best service and experience during your stay. We had a nice size balcony that we enjoyed in the morning eating our pasties and at night after a long day. You have a 1-minute walk to the beach (basically walk across the street) with free chairs and umbrellas to pick from at your convenience and has a restaurant on the beach side with plenty of tables and shade to enjoy a coffee in the morning and your dinners at night. In our 11 days at the beach, we never had an issue with finding a spot and I never felt crowded as there is plenty of space and beach. You also get beach service all day long from the Vanilla restaurant, so you don't have to leave your chair to grab a drink or food. What more can you ask for!!! I would recommend this Hotel and tell you that Loukas and his family will make your stay one you will not ever forget.

Out stay at Sigma Hotel was a true enjoyment. The staff was wonderful, cleanliness at the highest level, and the food in their restaurant was amazing. The beach is also a 5-star experience, clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s lounge chairs were always arranged and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, near the sea, but quiet. We only heard waves. The pool is also great for kids. The staff is super friendly and ready to provide any help.

Lovely place, lovely host. It was one of the best places we stayed during our vacation. The apartment is very confortable, it is cleaned every day and very well located in a quiet corner of Parga but only 10 minutes from the busy touristic part and the various beaches. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need for your stay and Mrs. Nafsika had left some herbal teas, coffee, bread, water and ouso as a welcome gift. Whenever we go back to Parga, we will surely return to her hotel.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in Parga, but this time we enjoyed it quite a lot.The hotel is in a spectacular location above Lichnos beach. The staff was very friendly, especially Dora, who was ready to help at any moment. She was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Our ten year old girl loved the stay as well and was happy to speak to her. The rooms were cleaned regularly and were very sanitary.The conditions of the rooms made you feel at home, and the hotel even had a mini-market where you could buy everything necessary at very low prices. We loved our stay at Spiro Studios and would love to come again.

Excellent hotel. We were a family of 4 (8 and 10 year old) staying in one of the family rooms. The room had two double beds, a kitchenette area, bathroom, air con, and a large balcony with a great view of Parga. The room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. It was modern, well appointed, and very clean. The staff replaced the towels every couple of days. The pool, bar, and restaurant area is excellent. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the views from the pool over Parga are amazing. Staff were always really helpful and friendly. Again this area was modern, well kept and clean. Breakfast was served 8-10 and was a help yourself buffet style with a good selection from cooked, pastries, fruit, cereals, yoghurt etc. Location - it is around a 5 min walk to the beach and start of the strip of restaurants/shops. Parga is very picturesque - nice beaches, restaurants, and rustic old town with lots of side streets and shops.
