Beach front suite with pool was amazing, only probelm was that the rooms not entirely sound proof so could hear neighbours. Family pool are was beautiful as was the Beach Club restaurant. The Health Hub was wonderful for peace and quiet and wonderful healthy organic food catering to all dietary requirments. we were all obsessed with the Spa Welcome drink of ginger, honey and lime....a real winner! The adult pool was beautiful and peaceful to swim in and hang about. Spa was great with the offerings of massages and treatments, we had treatments most days. The only dissapointment was in the mani / pedicures that were offered. These were very sub-standard and looked like they were performed by women that had never done one before. Althought the women were pleasant and friendly the finished product was very sub standard. perhaps this can be improved on for future reference. Overall the resort staff were very friendly helpful and accomodating.

First of all, I like it’s close location to the Bali safari. We enjoyed the free transportation with very comfortable car to the Night Safari and even pick up after 9 pm . Secondary, love the horse riding by the magnificent black sand beach. It is very comfortable to chat with the reception by WA. They kindly arrange our transportation by buggy or by car. Our villa was even more beautiful in presents than by photo . We love it comfortable and stylish beds, is well maintained garden, nice private pool and relaxing spa. The restaurant, is close to villa and we enjoyed the buggy transportation. Breakfast has many options and it it tasty . We had a beautiful Christmas dinner 🎄🎅😍 the table was perfectly decorated and the next day Santa gave us memorable and sweet presents. All thoughts, is a perfect family and friends getaway near to many kids friendly activities. As the service will rate it 5 star hotel 👍

Very beautiful restort with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The food at the restaurant was exceptional!!! The spa and the pool were amazing. The best stay we ever had at a hotel not only because of the facilities but because of the people, they were all great!!!

    Everything was fantastic!! Such a beautiful resort and spacious room, and super friendly staff. Location isn't the first pick for tourists going to Bali, but there are plenty of things to do in the area. Definitely recommend the safari that's next to the resort! Breakfast and dinner was always outstanding.

    Absolutely fantastic experience! The service was impeccable - we received so much attention from the staff, and their hospitality knew no bounds. The hotel was incredibly serene; it felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. The rooms were stylish, with breathtaking ocean view. The black sand beach was a unique touch that left a lasting impression. Breakfast was delightful, and we looked forward to the spectacular afternoon tea with many unique snacks every day. We will definitely be returning here again and again."

    Our stay was amazing! I'd definitely come back in future trips to Bali! The resort facilities are just the best to really immerse in the Balinese relaxing vibes (garden & pool were wonderful!) and the bar was very convenient for last minute dinner with the family! The staff was very kind and supportive too!
