Peaceful location in the jungle. We arrive at 11pm due to weather delays after a day of travel with no food. They left a lovely meal for us in our room. As we vents unfolded re delayed flights we had great communication with them via Whats App.

The place is so quiet and peaceful, the sunrise is magnificent, most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, always smiling at you while there. The diving team and sites are very professional, specially my guide Angel she was one of the best people I dived with till now and she’s still young.. that girl will have a very bright future in diving.. the diving sites are to satisfy everyone taste.

We loved our stay at Bunaken 18! We took a quick weekend trip from Manado, and found the location is extremely convenient—it was near where the public boat from Manado dropped us off, making it easy to get to on foot. It is also so nice being right on the beach — the boat pulled right up to the property to pick us up for snorkeling. This resort just opened in May, and it is managed by the lovely Nita. She is extremely friendly and service-oriented, happily helping us organize a fabulous snorkeling trip, as well as a private taxi back to Bahowo. Our room was clean and comfortable (with AC😅), there were handy foot sprays right outside each room, and the handheld shower in the bathroom had great water pressure and a soothing spray. The breakfasts (cooked by Nita) are huge and delicious, and their slushy fruit juices, which Nita greeted us with the moment we arrived, are yummy and refreshing! You can also order lunch and dinner for an added fee. The resort is small, just 5 guest rooms, so we felt personally catered to. The only warning I’ll give travelers to Bunaken Island in general (NOT at all the resort’s fault!) is that WiFi AND 4G can be spotty depending on the weather.

Amazing resort for diving and other activities. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean and have large windows, which gives the feeling to be in the middle of nature. The diving equipment, boat and guides are great and allow for excellent diving experience. However, don't miss to do the activities as well. The local guides are really nice people and can tell a lot about the local life and things to see on the tours. We enjoyed our stay very much.

we love the quietness of this remotely located resort! The swimming pool, garden and the jetty are nice... The staff are kind and helpful. The bathroom is unique and the room is big enough for our family of 3 people. They set the sofa into a bed for our teenage boy and he loves it! :)

This is neither a luxury or a budget resort. It is a very good middle ground resort and that is their business niche which is important in that there are several very expensive resorts at one end of the resort spectrum and home stays at the other end. This is positioned right in the middle and perfect for divers that want to experience coral and muck diving. Their motto is leave as a friend and they meet that goal. Staff are great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff both on the resort and diving center were extremely helpful, and provided a professional service with a smile. The bungalows are tastefully decorated and in good condition. The garden, restaurant, pool area... everything works well. The diving in the area is as good as it gets. Even snorkling you can get really close to the marine life.
