A truly exceptional place. The staff was taking care of us, and every wish was fulfilled. They actually had a good gym, which surprised me because it was not in the hotel description. This should be mentioned because for many people it's an important factor when choosing a property. The only thing I have to criticize is the missing vegan options at the breakfast menu. At the restaurants, they do have a vegetarian menu. But you need to ask for it.

The service and quality of Jeeva Klui was amazing . The staff were so kind and attentive. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. What really made it special for us were Dini and Windri who served us breakfast each morning in the restaurant. Their personal touch was so lovely and we were made to feel very special each time. These two amazing members of staff would be the very reason we’d return to this beautiful hotel as they helped make it a most unforgettable holiday.

The property is perfectly located to see an amazing panoramic view. It’s very clean well organize and super comfortable and convenient for guest. It’s really well maintained with gorgeous mature plants throughout the property.

This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself 😋. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets. All the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia 😁. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described. Thanks for all the little touches and details. We’re looking forward coming back.

Everything was perfect, very relaxing, very nice and helpful staff

We are still glowing from our week-long stay at the Chandi. We loved everything about this boutique hotel. The villas are pretty and very comfortable. The outside bathroom was amazing (and still very private). From our front porch we could enjoy an amazing view of the ocean while soaking up the lush greenery of the gorgeous garden. The pool was refreshing and there were always sunbeds available. These were so comfortable! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the restaurant (with a fabulous view). A check off breakfast menu was provided, and if you wanted more the staff was only too happy to bring it. The fresh juices and fruits were simply amazing. We also enjoyed several dinners in the restaurant. The prices were fair and the food very tasty. We especially enjoyed the barbecue evenings. The spa was also a treat. The massages were affordable and really wonderful. We also booked several outings through the hotel. All of them were wonderful from snorkeling in the secret Gillis to hiking to Tiu Kelep. The beach at the hotel is not one of the legendary white beaches with crystal clear blue water. But we knew this ahead of time. The ocean was still good for swimming (with beach shoes). The hotel is centrally located for many excursions and beautiful beaches are close by. The peacefulness and beauty of the hotel itself made up for the beach. Thank you to all the staff at the Chandi who made.our week so wonderful! We hope to return very soon!

Rooms, service, pools, food - everything was absolutely amazing! The food at the bar (different than main restaurant) was incredible!
