The stay was perfect, exactly what we wanted - to be away from any and all hustle bustle of the city life. We were at Deodar stays for 3 nights. The location is beautiful, with the most amazing views of the valley and mountains, skies displaying prettiest sunsets right from the cottage. Right behind the property is a forest where lies the most beautiful view of the Himalayas. You can see the whole Gangotri range with layers and layers of mountain scenery, the forest has many trails for hiking and cycling. Apart from the amazing location, both the staff and food are a delight! Rooms are super clean and comfortable. We have not heard a single NO from any of the staff for any of our requests and offered the best possible service. Food is so delicious, we tried almost everything on their menu and loved every item, special mention to Garhwali Thali they made for us! I think it's an ideal place for anyone looking to break away from city life or anyone looking to be close to nature! Thank you Rameshji, Deshpal ji and Chef ji for making it a great comfortable stay for us.

1. The property is newly opened.. 2. The view is amazing, one can see the Himalayan range from the property. 3. Mesmerized to find snow all over the property. 4. Food was good and staff was quite polite. 5. The place is quite peaceful and put you in the lap of nature. 6. Much worth the price paid.

It was one of the best trip i had ever taken with my family. The rooms are so spacious, the food was very homely and tasty and the staff were very much friendly. The location is THE BEST LOCATION i have seen near Kanatal, you get to see endless mountains from their lawn area!
