Location was excellent, it's located inside coffee and pepper plantation.

Note: I'm a difficult person to impress. I did some research and decided that this resort for the stay. everything is great and they provided more than promised. All the amenities are good and in working condition. We tried everything. Food is Great and Staff are excellent. oh god what a service from staff. I'm a frequent traveler and visited many hotels and resorts and Staff here is the best i felt. I can write a ton here as i found that many good things but not a single flaw. If anyone can manage with a minor off road path to resort, you can't miss this. I'm sure going here again. Don't know why few people didn't gave 5 as rating. 1. Complete food package Buffet. (Early Morning Tea & Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks with coffee & Tea, Dinner) 2. Very big parking place. rare to find. 3. Fastest Check-in my life (5 star hotel also couldn't make it for me. Not mentioning the name of hotel for obvious reasons) 4. Awesome and extraordinary staff. Immediate response for any problem / suggestion / Help / Requirement. couldn't find any flaw. 5. Ample Amenities / Activities and surprisingly all are in perfect working condition. Even for one person, they started water activities and everything. Watched IPL final in their 75 inch Samsung TV with Theatre type seating. Played Volley ball, Archery, Cricket and swimming with music arranged. they arrange separate table for your casual sit-out and chat. You will feel it like your own home and they will assist you in everything. Don't hesitate and just ASK. I could suggest a couple improvements like "Fix couple of badminton rackets" and "keep a dustbin in room". hardly found the above suggestions. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Very big and spacious rooms everywhere. i didn't take Igloo room because 2 Double beds & 4 Single beds in a igloo is not necessary for me. we are just couple with a kid. 1.

The ambience, location and staff is exceptionally good. Food is also decent.
