Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything that you need. Bus stop to get to Venice is nearby. Massimo is extremly polite, helpful and an excellent host.

Location was excellent, easy access to public transportation and local cafes, shops and very walkable.

An amazing farm fresh brekfast

I had a wonderful stay at the Green Garden Resort in Mestre. The location was very convenient, especially because it was close to a bus stop with easy access to Venice, which made getting around simple and stress-free. The room was spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and the bed was excellent - exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Breakfast was also delicious, with a pleasant selection and a very nice atmosphere to start the day. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and left with a very positive impression. A special mention should also go to the wonderful staff, who made the experience even better. Especially AJ, who made our stay truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. When my phone broke, he went out of his way to assist me, which I appreciated more than I can say. He also helped us understand which tickets to buy for Venice, arranged our transfer to the airport, and gave us excellent advice for planning our day in the city. What stood out most, however, was not only his professionalism, but also his warmth. He always checked whether we needed anything, took the time to speak with us, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Talking with him was a real pleasure, and his kindness turned our hotel stay into something much more personal. In many ways, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed by friends. He represents the very best of hospitality, and the hotel is lucky to have someone who makes guests feel so genuinely welcome. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice who wants a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Mestre.

Super nice place, had everything we needed. We arrived early and it was raining so we were able to check in early. Private parking was provided. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had all we needed even coffee. Magdalena was super helpful and gave us many suggestions about the area. The bus to Venice 5 min from the apartment. Quite a few restaurants and cafes are within walking distance too - we liked a lot the pizza place the closest. Highly recommend!

The apartment was a few minutes walk from train station and very easy to find. The location was in a quiet area but not far away from restaurants and stores. We loved that it was on the first floor so we did not need to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we need, even dryer which we did not see it anywhere else. Having 2 bathrooms also made time management easier for 4 people. Olga was every responsive. She promptly replied to our questions we had.

The bed in the bedroom was so comfortable and the to was placed in there.

Well located in Venise (you can walk to almost any places in less than 15 min) Provided a lot of things to make your own breakfast in the fridge and snacks in jars. Having a separate room for adults was definitely a plus. We loved the decoration and state of the apartment. The air conditioning gave us a fresh feel when getting back in the evening or during the day. Great communication from owners.
