Situated in Watamu, a few steps from Merry Crab Cove Beach, The Mida Creek Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden.

This property is so thoughtfully designed, the staff are very good and the daily free boat trip is a wonderful extra. We had a phenomenal time exploring the creek, seeing the flamingos and catching up on sleep!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was tasty, but lack variety, if you stay longer time. Room was comfortable with big bed (in our case it was too hard), clean, nice interior, soft bedding and white towels every day. Guarded beautiful beach area with big sunbeds. A wonderful beach with small islands in the ocean that you can walk to at high tide.

Set in Watamu in the Coast Region Region, 900 metres from Short Beach (Watamu Marine Park), Rock and Sea Resort features a private beach area and water sports facilities.

The resort is amazing and really peaceful. The location over the Mida Creek is fabulous with a fantastic view. Sleeping in the bubble is an unique experience, you can fall asleep watching the sky full of stars and be woken up by the sunrise. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful in everything. We had a great time in Rock and Sea and we hope to come back soon.

Great customer service, the staff was very friendly and tried to make the best of our stay. We had to check out at 10AM, though they gave us a different room to leave our luggage and to take a shower before we went to the airport. We loved the pool(s), we enjoyed the food (The lobster was delicious), and you have immediate access to the beach. The beach is beautiful, clear blue waters and white sand. Great for water sports such as kitesurfing and wind surfing.
