The moment I stepped into Malabar Hill Hotel, I felt an overwhelming sense of serenity. Nestled amidst nature, it’s the perfect place for those seeking a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle. The spacious rooms exude warmth, and each is spotlessly clean, offering cozy comforts that make you feel right at home. But what took my breath away was the balcony view. Imagine waking up to the chirping of birds, an expansive forest that stretches as far as the eye can see, with the azure sky above and a tantalizing glimpse of the ocean in the distance. And the pool? Simply a dreamy oasis. At their restaurant, each dish is a culinary masterpiece, with flavors so authentic, you can taste the richness of every spice. A little tip: if you prefer milder flavors, do request them to tone down the spices. My stay was made even more memorable by the trips we took. The Galla Fort exudes historical charm, the tea trip was an enlightening journey into the world of tea-making, and the Kollaghan Lake was a visual feast with its picturesque islands, lively birds, playful monkeys, and yes, we even spotted a crocodile! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were really friendly and they will do everything to make your stay even better. Manager is ver good. The breakfast was great too!. Beaches are on walking distance.we like everything .

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the bathroom was large and clean. The guesthouse is just around the corner from the beach, so it is easy to go for a quick swim. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a fresh king coconut. All the amenities (A/C, wifi, shower) worked great. The owner was very kind, he even arranged to drive us to Udawalawe.

What an amazing and relaxing time I had at Dharma Place for three days! Daniel, the owner, is really kind and very available if you need anything. He was kind to book a taxi for me to the airport in Negombo and provided great surf school and wine recommendations right away. The room was really comfortable and spacious overlooking the nice swimming pool. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, beaches, massage places and shops. Staff is very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend to stay here ! Thank you for everything

The staff are super sweet , they are also very attentive & kind! The fresh fish meals cooked by the Chef were also delicious, as for the bedroom they are clean and spacious, the view is beautiful!
