Everything was great from the beginning. It was nice to stay in the launch at the airport prior the transfer. Nice welcome and the water bungalow was nice and big. The staff was always smiling and helpful. There was more than enough food which was always delicious. We appreciated the daily snorkeling trips.

Very attentive staff, especially Zahid who was with us throughout our stay. Very clean facilities, including kids club. Food is good. Massage is amazing. You can go to the resort via the speedboat which I consider an advantage.

1. I love my water villa bedroom, and I appreciate the generous selection of tea and towels. 2. Thank you for the beautiful birthday decorations and the delicious chocolate birthday cake. 3. I was well taken care of by your team when I experienced abdominal pain during my stay. Jane noticed I was unwell and arranged for in-house doctor when my condition worsened during the buggy ride back to our villa on the morning of May 10, 2024. Prior to that, Alex at the reception strongly advised me to see a doc when he knew I was unwell. I was surprised that the doc did not charge me for the consultation although the medicine doesn't work for me. 4. I greatly appreciate John's service recovery with the late check-out and the sparkling wine. 5. Most of the staff we encountered, including the security, engineer, and gardening teams were friendly. I am glad that I chose the Holiday Inn Resort for our first trip to Maldives. I know we will be well taken care of no matter what happened and that has proven to be true!

We recently came back from what was easily one of our best family holidays. Everything was just perfect. Travelling with two picky eaters (our daughters, aged 10 and 4), we were a bit worried at first, but Chef Satya, Swami and Hemant at Malaafaiy completely put us at ease. They made sure the girls were fed and happy every day, even going out of their way to prepare food that wasn’t on the buffet. That kind of care meant a lot. Our room (687) was always spotless, thanks to Bina. She kept it looking immaculate and was always so friendly. Raail, our host, was fantastic attentive, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We had wonderful meals at Maghrib too. Rohan made a big impression, always checking in and making sure we were comfortable and looked after. At The Olive, we had some lovely chats with Justin at the bar, who brought a personal touch to every interaction. Every staff member we met was kind, professional and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. This was such a special trip for our family. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. We’re already hoping to come back soon. Thank you, Popi and Omphile are ready to come back.

Amazing landscapes, delicious food (each day would bring sth new), wonderful, always smiled and ready to help people, reef near the hotel (colourful fish, turtles, sharks and mantas). Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed each day, trip from/to the aiport organized, so just after leaving Arrivals Zone at the airport we were taken care of. Lizzards, bats, tropical birds and a hen ;). No need to wear shoes while walking on the island. No crowds, peace and quiet. Would love to come back there one day....
