The Booking.com website described a resort with (2 pools) one being an infinity pool, and a
second pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, massage. This resort does not offer these amenities listed on
Booking.com. Actually, comparing Booking to competitive websites like Agoda.com show the
booking.com listing to be different and some information completely fabricated.
Booking.com also charged me for a way more expensive room than myself and my wife were
looking for. We were somehow slammed into a room with 3 queen sized beds.
The room comes with a flatscreen television with no television stations. And to top everything
else our really expensive room filled up with flying ants, terminates, giant wasps and bee like
insects, many hundreds in our room, thousands in the hallway. (I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS
ALERGIC REACTION TO MANY INSECTS BITES.) I could have been hurt.
The insects came in through a public restroom at the end of the hallway, next to our room. The
window left wide open has a giant Hornets nest in the open window and the insects crawled
under the door. It was obvious that with was a continual problem every time it rained, and rain
was forecasted for our entire stay. The Managements solution is to just vacuum them up.
I had to move to a safer place. Staying 2 days, but paying for 4 days. I was also charged almost
three times more for a room, than offered by Agoda.com.
