We loved our 2 night stay here in January 2025 as part of a motorbike tour to the south. Lovely villas, well appointed with plenty of privacy. Tastefully and eco furnished. Expected more bugs yet hardly any during dry season. Wildlife on site and at the riverside was amazing. Felt like we were staying in the jungle. Hire scooters on site, free bicycle, and kayak use. No breakfast yet they set out hot drinks, toast,butter,jams and fruit as well as leaving boxed breakfast cereals and milk in your villa.....so plenty to start you off each day oh and free daily packs of drip coffee.....it's ace!

Only place out of 5 I stayed in on this trip that had consistent, usable hot water!! Place is a little bit dated but has been maintained well. Staff member very helpful and courteous. If in the area I would stay there again

We're returning guests. When we first came here, we booked here because of its proximity to the ferry port. For the second time, Moonshine Resort was our destination. It's close to the National Park and a wat that's partly inside a rock. I love how remote this area is and how close these "hidden gems of Thailand" are. If you stay here, you basically have a 5 km-long beach for yourself.

We stayed as a family of six in low season, we felt like family. The restaurant was closed however the beautiful family brought us homemade dishes, fresh caught fish, new foods more than we could have wished for. They drove us everywhere and made us BBQs when we missed home. Spent evenings laughing, anything we needed, we just had to ask. We will definitely come again!!!! When my children are happy, then I am happy 🤗☺️❤️

Beautiful place, so quiet, so scenic - the restaurant has great food, especially the pizzas, and the staff was so nice and professional...this was a hidden gem, and we hope we can come again.
