Room and view were most excellent! Bath was very good, and accommodations were good. All very clean, and host was very hospitable! Location was away but not too far from loud and crowded downtown. Landscaping was gorgeous surrounded by tall Teak trees and orchids on all.

Very friendly and exceptionally clean. River front not far with a market and restaurants. Brilliant value for money, we offered to pay for breakfast, they just said no. Off road parking. We'd love to stay again. Far exceeded our expectations.

Great Thai resort good value, animal reserve with sheep! And rabbit and ducks and a small flower propagating area. The pool and spa are great, the room was comfortable with a firm but soft mattress. Staff are friendly and helpful but you will need some Thai, nidnoe. It’s about 3.5 klm to the main city tourist area, walking street markets and Mekong River restaurants. Plenty of parking at 2 temples in the middle and 2/3 way down on walking street.
