Not even a courtesy bottle of water for a such nice hotel unfortunately they left dirty towels in the bathroom no big deal but they left no clean ones had to call for some

I was attacked by bedbugs. The manager made it seem like this is a normal occurrence and there is nothing that can be done. Then she offered to comp me one day room stay. I asked if I can be moved into a sanitized room and she advised that wasn't possible at this time. There wasn't even an offer to have housekeeping to come and sanitize the room they moved me into. She advised me that the room I was moved to was an upgrade. The room was much smaller than the original room I paid for. The only difference was this room was cleaner. If cleanliness is an upgrade then this is an absolute outrage. Every room in this establishment should be cleaned and sanitized in the same manner according the the health codes. I have requested my money back and I am ready to take further action if I do not receive my refund. I was supposed to leave 8/19 but I checked out a day early because I couldn't be guaranteed a sanitized room. This is not a cosmetic concern this is a health hazard!

The room sizes are bigger than I thought, very quiet room to room, you can't hear much outside your room. The bath and standup shower is a must and didn't let us down.
