The location of the resort is fabulous, the pool of the resort is also one of the best, especially for the amount of people they service. But all in all for the price you pay they are really lacking in alpt of areas ALOT! The restroom to our room was clogging and the smell coming from the bathroom was literally raw sewage, it was bad, the hotel staff doesn't act like they care at all. They got the toilet working again and that was it. Housekeeping is another problem. Thry dont clean the rooms unless u ask which is fine, but I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't make the beds at all until after 4 nights of being there, they literally only take out the trash and add new towels thats it! And they are not the friendliest either. The restaurant has a few good bartenders with great customer svc skills but the bartenders at night are literally trying to get customers out of there so they can get off work early and drink, one of the staff came to the bar and literally said to the other staff member I told them last call outside already so we can get out of here, if you have signs that say ypur are open till 11pm or 12am then that should be case not oh let's play it by ear and close down so we can get out and enjoy our weekend, people pay for their stay there and there is only one restaurant and one bar for the whole hotel! Needless to say I will never be back to this joke of a hotel!

It’s had a super nice lobby/1st floor layout. Everything felt like a tropical resort which was honestly super nice! I personally live in the valley so come to the beach often and never seen such a nice hotel lobby before.

The proximity to the beach, it’s a short walk down a path and you have great beach view from the resort restaurant, many places on the grounds, and from many of the rooms (including ours). The amenities were also better than expected: wonderful pool area, poolside bar, poolside hamburger stand, live music by the pool and restaurant, scores of palm trees that add so much to the ambience…overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!
