The location is peach perfect beach front accommodations. The food is extraordinary and the staff is the most friendly it can be. It was a truly relaxing holiday. Wake up, beach, eat, beach, massage, eat, sleep. REPEAT 🔁 The water temperature is very nice and warm. The ocean is like a swimming pool in the mornings. I would highly recommend the boat tour. It was the most authentic experiences I’ve done in Vietnam. If you enjoy simple comfort and contact with real local people this place is for you.

It’s really beautiful, you’re right on the beach so you can wake up and walk a few hundred feet and be in the ocean. The grounds are beautiful with gardens and a nice pool. The neighborhood has stores and restaurants. There’s also a restaurant in the resort on the beach.

The location and smaller scale of the resort made this the perfect getaway. Probably the highlight was the view and private pool in our hilltop villa, but all of the services, dining, and activities (snorkeling, spa, sunset cruise) were terrific.

Whale Island Resort is located along the sandy white beach of stunning Van Phong Bay, well known for its diving sites. It offers views of the tropical landscapes and free Wi-Fi in the bar lounge.

When we stayed here, as we were the only guests, we enjoy the peaceful environment. We had a great time experiencing the activities her such as snorkeling or kayaking. However, at night, the weather is hot but there's no AC, so it's very hard to sleep.

Also, heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Hoa, the lovely host at the restaurant, whose welcoming smile and professional care made every meal a joy. She made us feel right at home, and her grace and hospitality left a lasting impression. The villa was stunning — private, beautifully designed, and immersed in nature. The food was exceptional, with fresh, vibrant flavors and plenty of variety. The spa and wellness offerings were world-class, and the overall atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already dreaming of our return.
