Located alongside the serene Pravets Lake, just thirty minutes away from Sofia, Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort in Bulgaria offers an exquisite experience for both business and leisure travelers. March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

Very nice staff, all size sledges available on site, even some toys for children, kitchen with all tools you could need. There is also a convenience store with some beer, milk, wine, cheese, canned food and chips. Tap water is very good also. Pets allowed. Highly recommend this location

This will be my go to for Bulgaria. It’s in a gated community. The place was very nice and spacious. Outside is beautiful. Worth staying here even if you are visiting Sofia or Veliko Tarnovo.
