We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

The apartments are very new, modern and comfortable. The kitchen has all kind of things, including fondue pot! The bathrooms were big and clean. The staff was always very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, making our stay easier. The bus stop to go to Saas fee it's just 2 min walking from the apartments. The ski room is very accessible and big.

Offering ski-to-door access and a spa centre with an outdoor pool, Riffelalp Resort 2222m Ski-in & Ski-out 2222m is located right within the ski, hiking and biking region above Zermatt. Very nice to place and next to the sloop. The view of the Matterhorn Mountain is super cool from the balcony and resort main entrance. Restaurants are excellent. But no nightlife after skiing and u will need to go down to the village by train if u want to life the night experience in Zermatt. So i will recommend to split ur stay in 2 resorts, one on the top of the mountain like this one and second another resort in the village down.

The Christiania Mountain & Spa is located next to Zermatt's underground funicular to the Sunnegga Ski Area, from where you can reach all the ski resorts in the area. Feels luxurious. Service from staff was excellent. Kiri and her colleagues were so helpful in guiding us to the hotel and to our room, despite it being so late in the night as we arrived late due to train cancellations and delays. Breakfast selection was good. View of the Matterhorn from the big room balcony was amazing. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week stay in Switzerland.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Wonderful design, thoughtfully appointed and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and restaurants, fantastic staff and brilliantly located. Awesome to wake up with a view of the Matterhorn. We loved our stay.

The Hotel Mirabeau is tranquilly situated, only 200 metres from the Zermatt railway station, and features superb wellness facilities and great Matterhorn views. Excellent location, facilities, spa, outdoor pool with sauna. And of course, exceptional service! All of the staff was very attentive. I would like to specifically thank Hakan and Joseph at reception who made our stay so comfortable!
