Here at No.5 Valley Inn, guests will find an outdoor infinity pool which boasts an exclusive view of rice valley and sunset scenery. Cycling, fishing and hiking are also popular in this area. For guests' convenience, free parking is available. It's such a relaxing and beautiful place, tucked away from everything, which was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the mountains from the pool is incredible. Excellent service from Frankie and the entire team, always willing to help. They would take us to and pick us up from the entrance of the park, gave us a tea tasting from their own harvest, and even taught us calligraphy. We only ran out of time to learn how to sing karaoke! Thank you for everything! 100% recommended!

Floating around at sunset, watching the sky bleed orange behind those crazy peaks... ​mind-blowing scenery therapy.​​ For context: our kid did laps in his inflatable kayak while we sipped something cold – THAT kind of space! ​Total game-changer for the brutal temps.​​ ​Rooms nailed the vibe:​​ beautiful ​​"ancient charm" with dark wood beams and silk accents,​​ but also ​stone-cold A/C that worked like a champ​ (crucial detail!). It felt refined, not stuffy. Slept like a log after those long days. ​The REAL MVP though? Their "Adventure Concierge Team."​​ Seriously. We rolled up with zero plans, just said "show us the best of Zhangjiajie without melting." Boom. ​Next morning, a tailored itinerary, a super-knowledgeable English-speaking guide (David!), and an AC-equipped SUV magically appeared.​​ No fuss, no haggling, ​just seamless awesome.​​ They booked tickets in advance (NO LINES!), timed hikes perfectly to avoid crowds & heat, and even knew the best shady spots for snacks. ​Effortless vacation unlocked. I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.

The hotel has an amazing location, in the middle of the mountains, located closely to the Middle Gate of the national park. Rooms are wonderful and so is the pool, which gives you the ultimate holiday vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately welcome you like a friend. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Zhangjiajie!

Everything! The location in a quiet rural area, jungle view, pool, balcony, careful decorationss, possibility to order food made by locals for dinner. Big thanks to English speaking stuff. The homestay provides mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. First thing I have to say is that it is located in a gorgeous place. The view from the room was breathtaking. Is super close to Zhangjiajie National park (avatar park) which is super convenient since that is the place that has the most attractions to visit. For Tianmen mountain is a bit far but it wasn’t a problem since you can get a car to take you there or the city easily. The room was very spacious and it was very nice to have a bathtub to relax after long days of walking. They also have a menu and after a tiring day it was nice to coma back and have a nice homemade dinner waiting for me in the middle of the nature, animals singing and families and other travelers around eating. It felt like home. They took care of me all the time, helped me plan my days with very detailed itineraries and they even provided me with a phone so I could communicate easily with them since my we chat was not working. I recommend this place for people who want to experience real nice and country side China. Thank you sooooo much for everything. I would love to come back.

It has the BBQ facilities which help you to enjoy the nice gathering with friends. The soft drinks are available in the lounge bar.

Moreover, the elevator is avaliable here. Tian' s resort equips the Electicity Charging Pile, 30 parking spots. It also provides bicycle free of charge. The director of the hotel was awesome. We never have met someone as kind and caring as her. She was very reactive on wechat and helpful to plan our activities, to make the transfers to the airport, to answer our questions whatever the problem and whatever the time. Her hotel was amazing too.

Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport is 35 km away. very nice hotel, staff was very friendly l, especially Tom Dong who helped us contact our next hotel. location is very close to the east gate of the national park and speaks very good English.
