Is even better than what it looks like on the website , staff is excellent, food is lovely, setting is amazing, luxury cabin is so nice
Location is perfect. At some point we had the beach for ourself, it is ecofriendly so the hotel is not a resort, Catalina (manager) is great, very sweet and can accommodate to your needs. She helped me a lot when I had payment issues with my banking cards giving me solutions and with my transportation so I don’t miss my flight.
Hidden Gem Everything is prepared for a relaxing time. Yes they have a neighboring restaurant that plays music. Relax it’s a great addition. Food is prepared perfectly at villa and restaurant Staff is beyond friendly- answer every question or will find a way to accommodate you. Yes the beach isn’t what you would find at a resort that maintains them. But it’s still a fun beach. One thing for sure being on the beach between 5-530 pm for the sunset is a must see movie.
Really lovely resort, beautiful settings very peaceful and lovely staff
This is a beautiful hotel - luxury in the jungle. Hot water showers, air conditioning, fantastic wifi, very comfortable bed, super clean and spacious. A ten minute walk to Tayrona Park and buses also pass regularly. The restaurant on site is amazing, it is fine dining but at reasonable prices. I was impressed that despite being low season, everything that I ordered was available. Worth every dollar.
The resort is on the huge property. Bungalows and rooms are spread out and you have lots of privacy. The sounds of the jungle are amazing. All trails were marked ( at night with lights) and paved. They were kept super clean because of Ricardo ( gardener) hard work. All people working there were super friendly and helpful. Super addition was Lila ( macaw) , peacock and couple of turtles. Food at the restaurant was very good, tasty and fresh. There was no need to dine somewhere else.
A luxury boutique hotel for 10$ a night sounds too good to be true? You’re right it is
Feels more like a resort than a hostel!
The lodge is magical. It has amazing views, feels like a luxury resort. There are local restaurants to walk to or the restaurant at the lodge was really good. Their Pina coladas were delicious and the pool was a nice treat after a long day of hiking. The staff at the lodge are exceptional. Very helpful and professional.
Biggest hostel ever stayed in! And maybe nicest! Felt like an expensive night away in a resort but hostel vibes
