Staff were very kind and helpful. Service by the pool was incredible. Breakfast was tasty with a very wide variety of food. Location was excellent. The room and the facilities were very clean. Ambience of the lobby in the evening was amazing with entertainment (singer, guitarist etc..) playing every night.

We were thrilled with the Pendeli Resort and the excellent customer service. The resort is nestled in the charming village of Platres in the Troodos mountains. It has several restaurants, a fully-equipped spa with a king-sized sauna, and an outdoor swimming pool. Our room had a balcony with pool and mountain views and was well-appointed including plush towels and bathrobes. The most notable was the exemplary attention to detail by the staff, especially Christos (operations manager) for his diligence, care and professionalism; the Executive Chef for his help with our dietary requests; Zack (dining room attendant) and Tina (Forest Cafe server) for their attentive service; and at the front desk, Nancy (for her sunny disposition and assistance) and Jennifer (for a speedy check-in). All our requests were addressed in 5-star fashion. It was our first time at Pendeli, and we look forward to returning. We wish them continued and well-deserved success.

Everything. It’s secluded with enough to do. The two pools are stunning, both with swim up bars. The beach was awesome and you have the whole bay to yourself. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.
