Despite being kid friendly the atmosphere was calm and relax. Food was good with a lot of choices. Staff was always friendly and helpful

In addition to all of the above what makes me score it as 10 is the amazing attitude of the General Manager Mr.Houssam.A very decent man present everywhere at anytime supervising decently every detail..Also the food and beverages manager Mr Imad helped to make our stay unforgettable with the quality of the food he was offering..Food was extremely delicious.. Finally this is definitely My favorite hotel in town.

Buffet was good and the beach restaurant was always great. Ahmed at the front desk was super friendly and really helpful.

We recently stayed at Jaz Aquaviva for 5 days in May and had a wonderful experience! We booked a room with a pool view, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, and our son had a fantastic time playing with other kids and guests. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The aqua park was a highlight—our son absolutely loved it, and we were impressed by how safe and well-organized everything was. In the evenings, the entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively with fun events and shows that made our nights vibrant and exciting. The food was extremely delicious with plenty of variety to please everyone’s tastes. We also loved the lively, family-friendly vibe of the whole resort, where our son could play around safely and make new friends. If there’s one small thing to note, it’s that there were no elevators, but it honestly wasn’t an issue for us. We’d highly recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly getaway. Finally, we’d like to thank the entire team for their excellent work.
