The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!
