We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, the reception manager, Mr. Mahmoud Amer, warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our time here, it was evident that the entire staff genuinely cared about our well-being. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdallah, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was impeccable. Likewise, from the bar, Mr. Hany, was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Ahmed from the diving centre impressed us with his generosity and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping staff surprised us with thoughtful touches, while Osama, the lifeguard, displayed unwavering kindness and professionalism. The hardworking waiters, including Zezo and Abdo, were always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued. Special mention must go to Mr. Sameh from the restaurant, whose politeness and kindness were truly appreciated. Moreover, the resort itself is a haven of tranquillity. The pool and beach areas are meticulously maintained, offering a serene environment to unwind. Our room was immaculate, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The culinary offerings were exquisite, with a diverse menu that tantalized our taste buds. Additionally, exploring the beautiful coral reef and vibrant marine life added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. In summary, this resort is a gem that exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The attentive staff, pristine surroundings, and outstanding amenities make it a destination worth revisiting. A Taxi service from Airport is available upon request with against fee. All the people took great care of us and made our stay super nice, every single person from the stuff. Yasser was an excellent cleaner made a great job wit the room decorations. The waiters, chefs, animators, reception,spa, cosmetics ,thank you guys very much, you all made our time very special...

All units have a balcony which overlooks the Red Sea, the pool, gardens, or Port Ghalib International Marina. The location is very nice. We had only good experience with the staff. 👍

This hotel is a real five stars experience. Things are smooth and seamless, and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell there's a lot of work behind the scene, and huge attention to details, which we appreciate a lot. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception who was efficient and helped with our requests. The shuttle is on time and very comfortable. The beach is great and ideal for snorkeling and the staff there are quite helpful and friendly, and you find plenty of space if you need a calm place. One important thing to note, the rooms are really soundproof (which you don't find in all the hotels), and the beds are comfy, so good quality sleep is guaranteed. Food quality is great and you have a good variety to choose from and it's great that you can eat outdoors with beautiful views. The pools are clean and spacious, the gym has brand new equipment, so overall the facilities are top notch.

Boasting a kids' club, this property also provides guests with a water park. There is a restaurant serving Italian cuisine, and free private parking is available. The hotel includes 3 hotels: Sands,Oasis and Palace, so its territory is realy big as well as beautiful and very well maintained. We have spend 2 weeks there so could appreciate it enough. Dinners were great, a wide choice of food, very tasty beef, duck, turkey , fish and even prawns. Local wine is also good. And for lovers to eat a lot and a varied food a local mild anise tincture is offered at the end of dinner. Like in the best houses. The hotel beach is also nice. We were also pleased that piers for entering in the sea is nor very long. Coral reef is beautiful as well as everywhere in Marsa Alam, so you can enjoy swimming with a mask and fins. The entire territory of the hotel is stretched along the beach, so it is not far from any room to go to the beach. And one more plus: Port Ghalib - a nice bay with the shops, cafe and restrants - is very close , so the hotel guests can choose a day to enjoy their visit to Port Ghalib. I would like to note especially the friendliness of the staff moreover wherever you are on the beach , in a restaurant or at the reception. We were first given a room with a sea view but on the ground floor and it smelled a bit damp, so we asked to change a room. And were given a nice room on the first floor as well with a sea view. Among the top managers I would like to highly appreciate front office manage Ahmed Abdel Hafiez. We turned to him on various issues which he was ready to solve. My daughter plays and improvises on the flute so we asked Ahmed to organize her perfomance at the hotel. As there are three beautiful stages to perform there. It was a great pleasure for my daughter to play flute there and we hope that it was a pleasure for hotel guests to listen her. Ahmed Abdel speaks perfect English so it was pleasant and easy to communicate to him.
