Our multi-generational family — my husband and me, our two sons (early 20s), and my parents (late 70s) — had a wonderful two-night stay at Villa Riva in early May. We were greeted with such warm hospitality. Key pickup at the tourist office was convenient, and we were pleasantly surprised that a van had been arranged to take us to the villa. While the walk from the port is manageable and scenic along the promenade, this thoughtful gesture was appreciated given my mother’s mobility concerns, and it saved us from having to find a taxi for six people and luggage. The villa is a beautifully renovated stone house on the riva, just steps from the water. The highlight was the top-floor living area and balcony, where we spent mornings enjoying coffee and watching boats come and go. The panoramic view was spectacular! The layout worked well for us. Each of the first three floors had its own bedroom and bathroom. Since the staircase could be challenging, the first floor, which included a seating area and fridge, was ideal for my parents. The other two bedrooms were huge. We stayed on the second floor, which also had a balcony, and our sons shared the third-floor. Rooms could be configured with either king or twin beds so that was especially appreciated. The villa was very clean, with comfortable beds, an additional sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer (with detergent), and many other thoughtful amenities. We liked the detailed guest guide, too. The staff was responsive and remained helpful throughout our visit, including recommending a speedboat excursion that picked us up right on the water in front of the villa. We were sad to leave. With an incredible view in a prime waterfront setting, outstanding hospitality, a well-designed layout, and thoughtful touches throughout, Villa Riva stands out as one of our favorite stays in many years of travel. We hope to return again soon!

Location is a bit of a walk from Komiza so the area was very quiet. Pier was responsive and very helpful with anything we needed, he even made us some homemade olive oil and Limoncello. Parking was convenient

Very good location with beautiful view Very good air conditioning as weather was quite warm Washing machine is a major plus as we were there over a week

Perfect location, clean and comfortable apartment 10/10, near the beach

Super kind and helpful owner with cozy space and wonderful sea and mountain View. It is amazing to see the sunset shine through the window into the room when we arrived. Not to mention the great location which so close to the main street.

Beautiful property with all you could need. The host was super helpful and we rented a scooter through him for cheaper than anywhere else in town with ease. Highly recommend!

Centrally located and very clean

The position wasn't good for us, but it is a decent position in ViS. Landlady is nice, even tho I'd like more information about an apartment when I rent one.
