I had no idea they’ve been around for 10 years and to have a solid 9/10 rating says a lot! Hard to downgrade from that experience. The team are so accomodating, for a relaxing trip not having to lift a finger this accomodation is perfect! Was exactly what we needed, very peaceful and the food is fabulous especially the breakfast! Felt very spoilt

Set next to a village by the sea, LooLa Adventure Resort is located on the coast of Bintan. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.

I like that it was very quiet, without many people and no street noise/ parties etc So it’s great if you’re looking for a place to fully chill and relax! The staff was exceptional, very attentive and super nice from the moment we arrived! Let us change the room to a better one easily, and always greeted us with a smile! Great post-stay help from the manager Icon, who went all out to make sure little transport hiccup was solved immediately!
