The staff (Shill, Sagar, kitchen staff, bellboys), each one were absolutely fabulous service and recommendations for area and super open to feedback on how they can improve to provide excellent service. They listened actively and resolved any issues promptly, my room and bed was super comfortable I didn’t want to leave. They gave me their cell to whatsapp and I loved the ability to raise any concerns / feedback so we can co-solve. The breakfast buffet is incredible and in room dining menu delicious. I felt super welcomed despite the way I was dressed. Ughh thank you Westin Goa team!

Sunil and Ram were excellent, making sure that we had a fantastic stay. They organised transfers, provided excellent food and fantastic hospitality. The room was perfect for our needs. The beach is beautiful and very quiet and clean, and just a few minutes walk away. The pool and facilities are excellent.
