We've enjoyed our stay at Cinzia's lovely villa. The owner is very nice and was there to greet us in person. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk from a beach. There is a night market in Marcelli, a farm shop and a farmers fruit stall nearby, a number of restaurants and a bike rental in vicinity. The supermarket is minutes away. The development is quiet and well kept. We look forward to coming back next summer.

Situated in Potenza Picena along the Conero Riviera, Natural Village Resort features a private beach, 2 restaurants and a swimming pool. The resort exceeded all our expectations! 🌿 The territory is beautiful, the cottages are cozy, and everything inside is spotless. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, even with cleaning supplies. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, and having a private beach is a huge advantage. This was one of our best vacations ever! Highly recommend!
