The cooking class was very informative, the chef patiently explaining us how to form orecchiette! Linda, the food manager of the masseria guided us well through the herbs and vegetables of the garden! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, dinner in a relaxed atmosphere and Rafaele, il camerie, was very client focused, also explained all the produce of the Masseria and the history of the farn and the House! All in all, a very well received experience and worth returning!

Situated in Vernole, Relais Masseria Le Cesine - CDSHotels features a private beach area and tennis court. The property features a spa & wellness centre, as well as a garden. It was so lovely everything being single storey. Such a sense of space and escape. The food was so great. Some of the buffet can be a bit underwhelming, but when you figure out which of the counters to go to for the best food, you're on to a winner. The speciality stall at lunch was incredible. The apertivo times were so good. Such amazing variety. And to cook pasta on mass and still be brilliantly at dente is super impressive. The flavours were amazing, the olive oil available for the tables was so delicious. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. The kids club and the entertainment activities were so much fun. The beach is small but paradise. The main pool is amazing. Always more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas, and an excellent temperature.

(we even got ourself by exidant locked out of the room at the middle of the night and in 10 minutes amazing Cristina came to our help!) the stuff was so welcoming and helped us with tons of advices and where to go and what to see its so beautiful i wish we could marry there!
