Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

Stayed 2 nights at this lovely boutique resort, in a large, spacious and clean room with ocean view.. Had dinner first night and breakfast next 2 mornings and there were enough selection on the dinner menu and food was very good. Excellent breakfast both days. Great service and super friendly staff. The property was clean and well kept. Swimming pool was good size, clean and water was nice and warm. Overall loved everything about this resort and would definitely come back!

The place of beauty and pleasant,I and my girl friend,we were gate way to our first night. for the first day out.really very romanceful place and we enjoyed a lot.she felt super secure and safe.place was so clean and very very new hotel,it's just close to the ⛱️ beach.everything just close to the hotel beach ,town,shops and all. really I assure that ,this is best of best resort I have ever stayed in Sri Lanka .worth of money.All the great facilities step by step properly arranged in our room.really great place for kids and ladies.i hope to come for the next summer 🌞,but surely I will stay at pearl 🦪 diamond 💎,the real 💎 diamond.thank you staff for your great hospitality and attentive actions.

Everything ! The place is very well designed and well equipped, the staff is very caring and nice and the food is amazing. You’ll find everything you need in a single place.

Friendliness of the staff, they really want to make everything as comfortable as possible. The room was really nice and clean great beds. The pool is open from 0830 till 2130 so the kids could go swimming after dinner which we really enjoyed. And its nice location close to the beach (500m walk). And with a tuktuk you can go to Uppuveli for more action and nice restaurants. Definitely go to Your Choice restaurant there.

It was exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted, something unique and different. A tropical beach garden vibe. There are only 5 units and so it was quiet. An older property that has been carefully renovated. The common area has a "beachcomber" feel, funky in a good way, with lots of plants and palms everywhere. Each unit has a covered terrace with chairs and a low table and is surrounded in greenery. I really liked the fact that the rooms are quirky and fun and refreshingly different from most accommodation. Only 1 small window in each unit but Elena has cleverly got around this by painting the walls bright white with colourful murals and linens and excellent lighting which made the whole room light and bright and full of colour. New floor tiles. The room had this unique fresh feel. There was ample furniture in the room to put things on. Fresh linens and plenty of towels. Strong fan and good A/C. The big bathroom had been modernised, and had both a cool shower and a hot shower with instant hot water and good water pressure. There was a small unit of shelves to put bathroom things on. Very clean. There is a small above ground plunge pool but it wasn't operating when I was there. But that doesn't matter at all as the ocean is only a stone's throw away. Plenty of parking for my motorbike. The property is safe & secure. Excellent location as it's a very short stroll to Upuvelli beach which is a wide beach with clean sand and a few cafes and restaurants. The beach slopes gently into the water, stays shallow for a little distance, and only had low waves which makes it ideal for families to swim in. Elena is very helpful and arranged snorkeling and an exceptional Ayurvedic massage, both at a discount. The property is quiet. I found the other guests friendly and Elena has created a happy, social place. No parties, no karaoke and so you can really relax here. It is an excellent price considering its proximity to the beach.

Located near Trincomalee in Salli-Sampaltivu, 108 Palms Beach Resort offers accommodation on the private beach. Absolutely amazing experience! We initially booked for just one night, but upon arrival, we instantly fell in love with the place and decided to extend our stay until the end of our vacation. Only the luxury villa was available for the remaining days, and the hotel kindly offered us a generous discount. The location is perfect—right by the beach with soft, clean sand. The pool is fantastic, and there’s a lovely garden area where you can relax on swan floats under the trees. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food, and the cocktail bar was a true highlight—something that’s often missing in Sri Lanka. A truly unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!
