Very welcoming and attentionate personel. They will absolutely take care of all your needs and even protect you from shady transactions (ensure you get the best driver, don't fall into tourist traps, etc..) make sure to compensate them accordingly! The room, the charm of the amenities, the food and especially the spa services were top notch. And by that I mean vlearly above the local average. You feel left in peace all the time yet there's always someone around to be found and assist you if needed, which is agreeable. This will be our new base camp everytime we're in Marrakech!

Every staff members including the cleaners and security were very warm, friendly and welcoming. The reception staff were amazing, they ensured, no male staff walked around the back of the villa where the private pool is, we were a uncomfortable due to the slight lack of privacy.

On arrival at the hotel we were met by our host who welcomed us to our beautiful room with crisp white linnens and modern decor. The room was well kitted out and bonus of a great hairdryer. Breakfast was simple local foods of fruit, yoghurt and a selection of breads, honey, cheese and preserves. A good supply of coffee and fresh juice also. Our host was so genuinely lovely, super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The riad is in the middle of a small market area so lots of hustle and bustle on the short walk to the main areas of Kasbah and the Medina / Souk.
