All rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Each room has a private bathroom. The units feature a wardrobe. There is an on-site bar and guests can also make use of the business area. Staff are friendly. As a female solo traveler I felt safe. Wifi was good in my room and had Netflix as background noise, or to watch. Didn't have a balcony which I wasn't aware of but had a ground floor terrace. Outdoor space is important so this was good, and I was only there for one night unfortunately. If I was to come back to Mexico I would stay here again.

The location, accommodations, food, structured activities — it all far exceeded my (high) expectations!! I rarely vacation in the same place twice, but I have every intention to come back - it was incredibly an nourishing experience!!

Rooms are fitted with a coffee machine, while certain rooms come with a balcony and others also boast sea views. All guest rooms have a desk. We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only is a Preferred by Nature certified property due to its commitment to sustainability. The resort was beautiful. That staff could not do enough to help. I had a swim up room and it was amazing.

Whenever you book an "all inclusive" resort you expect food to be average at best, but this is not the case for Desire Eden Riviera Maya! Food was comparable only to fine dining gourmet restaurants and the drinks (spirits and champagne/sparkling wine) was of amazing quality. We strongly recommend the Exotic Spa experience, especially the Fantasy massage for couples (thank you Estrella and Luis!!!). Live show and party every night ! The beach was picturesque with white sand like sugar and at this time of the year (mid April) the sargassum problem wasn`t so big , so we enjoyed the beach a lot

Spacious apartment and good light considering it was on the ground floor. Prettily landscaped areas and becomes of the layout, you aren’t overlooked, felt very private. A great place to stay and not far from playa del Carmen if you want to get into the hustle and bustle. Patricia is a fabulous host.
