This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club, room service and free WiFi. The accommodation features nightclub and a 24-hour front desk. We absolutely loved our view from our room, we loved the comfort of the room and the big bathroom, we loved the generous breakfast that had all kinds of dishes. We enjoyed the enormous evening buffet. We also had a spa treatment an a couples massage that was incredible. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but there is a free shuttle service everyday provided by the hotel to Batu Ferringhi and to George town. The beach was beautiful but we didn't swim as there were lots of big jellyfish. All in all a memorable experience.

Centrally located within a 15-minute drive to the capital state – Georgetown, the resort is also a 35-minute drive to Penang International Airport and a 10-minute drive to Gurney Drive and Botanical Garden. Lost Paradise Resort was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, it was a unique lodging place. It felt like being in Bali. The room was large and very comfortable. A large bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The view was spectacular! The next time we are in Penang we will definitely stay here

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. It faces the best beach in the island ! Amazing sunsets & lots of night market stalls outside etc

Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang has a 7-hole golf course (is closed until further notice), an Eco Centre and Adventure Zone, and a spacious play area for children at a sister property. Guests can workout at the well-equipped gym or enjoy massages and treatments like aromatherapy at CHI, The Spa. The swimming pools and yoga pavilion are other good relaxation options. Everything from the hospitality to the location, food, staff …etc. If i can give more then 10 i would. this was one of my favorite places to me and my family and still is.

Private parking is also available on-site. The staff are outstanding - friendly, efficient, courteous and totally service focussed. I was working so didn’t use any of the facilities but the pool looked great. Breakfast was of high quality and had something for everyone’s tastes. Great spacious rooms and and super comfy beds - loved the Nespresso machine

We were a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The activities available for the kids were really good. From the play room to the water slides and Amazonia they had things to keep them occupied the whole day. We loved the location too. We step outside the hotel to find good restaurants and shopping. Also what made it so good was the people. We were greeted with friendly smiles and the staff were all so welcoming. The staff at the playroom were all wonderful. Also the Indian Gentleman at Breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. All in All we had a royal time at ParkRoyal

The property is around 3.2 km from Straits Quay, 7.6 km from Penang Botanic Gardens and 9.4 km from Rainbow Skywalk at Komtar. The resort also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Great apartment. Very nice view from the balcony. Owner was extremely helpful.
