You slow down to the rythm of the island and just relax. And everyone was so atencious and friendly :) Helped us with the car, tips, transport, even a sandwich for the trip. Breakfast was great, with plenty of marvelous fruit, and nice eggs on request :) We wanted to stay more time! 😊

Private tour from the resort was excellent.

The property is very beautiful, quiet, and very clean and eco-friendly. It borders the sea, and, if not windy, you can swim and snorkel around the best part of the reef with direct access from the property. This property is a family business run by the nicest people we have met since we started to travel. Jee, Care, Thierry and their entire family made us feel like their family for two weeks while we were there, helping with whatever we needed, always being very supportive with advice, information and help regarding renting the transfer to airport, buying tickets for the ferry, renting scooters etc. The bungalow we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable and with no problems, everything was functional and we had never to complain about. The breakfast and the food are very fresh and absolutely delicious (with pre-order, you can have fresh delicious dinner). But above all, these people are the very heart of the business and they know how to make your stay wonderful, because this is how they are, just wonderful, kind, always smiling and willing to help and doing all these not because it is their business but because this is how they are and from the moment you step in, you feel like you are parf of this beautiful family. We definitely recommend this location for a wonderful holiday!

Perhaps I should start with the generosity, patience and attentiveness of the hosts? Perhaps by the quality of the service, including the divinely good food, or maybe its geographical location? I have nothing to say about this establishment! Everything was perfect ! Thanks again to the hosts and a special mention to Oil who does an excellent job.

At the accommodation the rooms come with air conditioning and a TV. Absolute heaven-- water crystal clear, beach beyond quiet but not deserted so you don't feel totally alone. Water warm-- almost too warm but whatever. Room perfect, hammock. Food amazing AMAZING and SO REASONABLY PRICED. I dream of returning to rim lay.

The attention to detail in every aspect of the resort made it feel like a home away from home.

The host was very kind and friendly. She always paid attention to our needs and had excellent suggestions for us. The breakfast was different each day and the hut was very quiet and peaceful.

At the resort rooms come with air conditioning, a desk, a balcony with a garden view, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Don't sleep on this place, it is absolutely magical. The women who we interacted with (who ran the place?) were very kind and relaxed. The taxi from the ferry dropped us off at the wrong place (Bang Magkok) and the women at Baan Bua came and got us! We also accidentally locked our key in the safe, and again they rescued us. The food they serve is AMAZING. The atmosphere is AMAZING. They had all the small touches like towels, a cover up and a beach blanket in a wicker bag for us to use (free). Air conditioner works amazing. Bed is so comfy. Room is large. Extremely clean. We stayed at another hotel after this, and despite that hotel being directly on a gorgeous beach... we STILL loved Baan Bua more! Just make sure you can ride a motorbike because you will need them to get around (they're automatic transmission and 250 thb rental from them a day). We rented 2 and it didn't take us long to travel to the various beaches. I have traveled a lot around the world, and this hotel is in my top 10 for sure. THANK YOU BAAN BUA!
