It has a tour desk and free Wi-Fi, which is available in all areas. The hotel is beautiful, located a little inland however the views are so worth it! The staff were super welcoming and friendly, they truly welcomed you 💗 I would totally go again.

This resort also has an on-site tour desk. The staff are so helpful and amazing. Tbh everything was perfect, location, staff, room , food, drinks and massage ! Nothing to complain about 🙏 Definitely we will be back xx

Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus is a 5-star property situated on the white sands of peaceful Klong Muang Beach. It features large outdoor pools in tropical gardens, a day spa and Fitness Center. Fantastic! Firstly the staff , so friendly and efficient ! It really is beachfront with comfortable loungers provided and always available . Lovely View of the sea and garden from the balcony . State of the art gym . Fabulous swimming pool . Room is large and hotel is set in what seems like a tropical forest kept pristine by the gardeners. Everything works like clockwork probably due to Swiss manager! Good plentiful and varied with three restaurants . The lounge provides free afternoon tea and a light salad in the evening and would thoroughly recommend as the staff are very helpful, especially Diamond, Laura , Palita and Sky whose good humour is uplifting! A special thanks to Amits for solving a minor problem.

Guests may arrange an exciting day trip at the tour desk. The resort also provides a sun terrace and scenic landscaped gardens, ideal locations for an evening stroll. Quiet location away from the centre of Railay. I recommend getting the transfer - seamless getting to and from the resort and well worth the money. The pool is gorgeous with tremendous views and the cottages are nice - not amazing but definitely worth the price charged. The reception staff do their best to help you and are quite efficient.
