We enjoyed the beautiful, lush, green surroundings, the friendly, helpful staff, the delicious food, the lovely massage, the helpful shuttle to the village and back, the peace and quiet, the comfortable rooms tidied daily. An absolute delight.

Situated along the banks of Pai River, within tropical gardens, Pai Village Boutique Resort provides rustic wooden cottages. It provides massage services and is only a 5-minute walk from Wat Pa Kham Temple. I don't know with what to start... this might just be one of my favourite hotels in the world! The ambience in the whole resort is amazing. From the moment you enter the propriety, you feel welcome. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and smiling at you. The path to reach your room feels magical. The room was cosy and peaceful (except Saturday night as there was an event in the hotel beside, but this was out of their control). The inside is very comfortable, and you also have a cute spot on your balcony. Many amenities are available in the room. The breakfast was tasty, they even had their own made bread. They also have some area to relax, which I could have spent the full day. I will definitely come back!

Set in Pai, less than 1 km from Pai Bus station, Luxury Farm House features views of the garden. Featuring a garden, the 4-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. A terrace, an in-house snack bar and shared lounge are available. Cute wee hut. Quite spacious. Loved the balcony and being able to sit outside and look at the garden and the birds. Loved the ducks and the cats.

DooNa Resort แลภูดูนา has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Ban San Pa Sak. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The rooms come with a balcony with a mountain view. We loved our 3 night stay at Laephu Doona. It’s a small family run business, everyone is so kind and friendly. One of the sons has particularly good English and he gave us suggestions of what to see, and gave us contact details for a motorbike rental. The setting of the hotel & restaurant is surreal and so beautiful, amazing sunsets. The food is amazing here. We highly recommend the snapper (wow!!) and prawns with vermicelli. Breakfast is generous with hot cooked meal & fruit platter. I recommend the Kai Grata (pan eggs Thai style). The bed is the 10/10 comfortable, the best we’ve had so far on our 2 month travels. Very large room with stunning views. All very clean and nice infrastructure. The free bicycles were fun to ride around the village with, but I suggest you hire a motorbike to go to restaurants & sightseeing with. Highly recommend going to Sri Lanna national park & getting the longtail boat to “Mountain Float”, a floating village restaurant.

The hotel & amenities were lovely, the staff were polite & helpful, the food was delicious, the spa services (massages) were top shelf, our room overlooked the river & it was beautiful with a comfy bed & awesome pillows (yes pillows - 2 each with different firmness, made for wonderful sleeps), and the grounds were beautiful … it was truly all amazing.

The property is situated 24 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, 24 km from Tha Pae Gate and 25 km from Three Kings Monument. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Chiang Mai Bus Station is 22 km away. Feels like tho owner love their guests. They are very generous and warm.
