I genuinely stayed in for most of the nights with no complaints. Amazing breakfast , great hospitality, 5 star rooms from the standard to the lagoon villa. The hotel is divided into 2 sections the lagoon side and the beach side. Best part of it , is that they provide you a buggy through an underground tunnel to the other side which is the beach or you could walk. Pine beach bar for great sunsets, beach views , quick dip in the beach or a walk by. Let me add once ur here forget about Patong beach!! 2 michelin star restaurants in the resort , afternoon tea from 2-4pm and happy hour! I booked the lagoon villa and it’s honestly one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in!! Forget about private pools! U have a private area covered with beautiful greenery , private jacuzzi and a full on lagoon with water features! The room comes with a butler to help you with all your needs. Reservations, bookings, services etc!! Until ur last day! Our butler “honey” did an amazing job with every request/ question i had. She made the stay easy, memorable and smooth. As my partner and I are both hotel general managers, I selected this hotel to celebrate her birthday as the hotel had a great reviews and was nearby. Not only was the hotel beautifully designed and well-maintained, but they very kindly upgraded our room and Krajeab, the assistant restaurant manager, was delightful. She helped to set up the private dining in the Jungle, which was stunning, and was a real pleasure to deal with. Mausam looked after us during the dinner and was very attentive. The birthday amenities in the room were elegant & tasty. Their breakfast is probably one of the best in Patong and had a huge variety. Lovely pool, chil music and plenty of sunbeds available. All in all a wondeful, albeit short stay. Highly recommended and well done to the team.

Breathtaking views across Nai Harn beach. Rooms are spacious and have a lovely outside daybed with canopy. Breakfast is world class. From the freshly pressed sugarcane juice to the cold drip coffee and all the food. Nai Harn beach was our favorite in Phuket. White sands, crystal clear calm water. Great snorkeling for kids and adults. Enough restaurants just a short walk away on the beach. All the staff were amazing, friendly and couldnt do enough.

This resort boasts 5 swimming pools, 5 pool bars, fitness facilities and indulgent spa services. Guests enjoy free shuttle service to Karon Beach, located 700 metres away. This place is really awesome! Yes you get to walk a bit because it’s too steep but there are shuttles that you can request to take you from your room to anywhere around the resort. Otherwise excellent resort with awesome service and the buffet breakfast was also good the staff was great. I can’t complain.

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. Really nice hotel. Location is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and high street, but nice to be away from the noise and bustle. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay and explore the area, especially Joso who was supporting the pool bar and restaurant. Highly recommend

Phuket Airport Hotel - SHA Extra Plus is the closest hotel to Phuket International Airport. Although only 400 metres away, it features minimal airport noise. An outdoor pool, free 24-hour airport transfers and a free Wi-Fi throughout the property. 5min away from the airport and 24h shuttle bus service. Restrain convenience store and massage shop and even souvenir shop was close by. Staff was friendly.

Free chairs (although little shade provided), free snorkling equipment and kayaking The breakfast had an enormous selection of food buffet style.
