I can not begin to describe how the staff was very pleasant, professional & amazing at what they do. This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

This adult-only Key West H2O Suites is 200 metres from Duval Street and features a year-round outdoor rooftop pool with a sun terrace. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Fabulous hotel! Suite was excellent - modern, spacious and clean. Facilities were all wonderful and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Complimentary drinks at the pool bar and fresh muffins in the room daily were the icing on the cake for us, we will definitely stay again!!

Hyatt Beach House Resort is located in Key West 6.4 km from Duval Street. An outdoor pool and hot tub are featured. For us it was great that it was a little bit out of the main streets of Key West. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with the enclosed balcony and the pool area and bar were just what we wanted after a day of walking around.

The place feels like new, the rooms, the garden the beach all looks fresh and new. I loved that place and enjoy it allot.
