Exactly how we pictured the stay , rustic cosy cabin updated just enough like the shower cubicle all functioning applicances good pans etc but love the vintage details (kitchen tiles) and WOW a whistling kettle (thank you from us Brits), Cabin 3 was actually perfectly tucked out the way by the river between amazing redwoods. The site is perfect for walks to Henry Cowell hikes although we didn't brave crossing the river to it; just listened to the water whilst wrapped in my blanket drinking tea on the deck. One evening we did the HC redwood loop the next day we headed all the way through to the top of the hills what amazing views and secenery on sandy trails and lovely birds. Everything you need in the cabin to feel like home and a very comfy bed and perfect stop on our californian tour to see even more redwoods and cabin in the redwoods was just amazing. Bothe-Napa Valley State Park is 3.6 miles from the resort. Old Faithful, the geyser of California, is a 5 minute drive away. Val is such a nice hostess. Gave us good indications of restaurants and was informative of local services. Extra points for the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon :)

Right on the cable car route, there is a stop in front of the door. Only a couple of blocks from the fisherman’s wharf, a few blocks from Lombard St. Could not be better located. This contemporary hotel offers luxurious accommodations just 4 minutes' walk from the San Francisco War Memorial Opera House and Civic Center. Civic Center BART Station is 10 minutes' walk away. Beautiful decorated and designed. Does have a lift which is great for heavy suitcases. Great room, size was big for two people. coffee machine available-in room but coffee was also downstairs every morning from 6am until evening which was perfectct!! Wifi was good too. Felt safe as well.
