Throughout our stay, the staff exemplified kindness, politeness, and attentiveness, ensuring every need was met. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, with daily room service replenishing essentials and restocking the mini-bar. Despite non-soundproof walls, the serene atmosphere of the retreat remained undisturbed, thanks to its secluded location away from busy streets. Transportation to the city or beach was convenient with regular shuttle services, bike rentals, and the option for faster travel via third-party motorcycle rentals or ride-hailing services. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of local and international dishes, complemented by freshly prepared meals by a skilled chef. Lunch and dinner, featuring exquisite Vietnamese cuisine, further delighted our taste buds. The retreat's commitment to cleanliness and pristine surroundings was evident throughout our stay, truly making it a slice of heaven on earth.

The whole place is looking amazing, the staff is very supportive, helped us with flight tickets reservations and they will keep our luggages and the car until we will come back. The nearest airport is Da Nang International Airport, 22 km from the property. The villas great. The hotel rooms looked dull.

The resort is 200 metres from Hoi An Night Market and 6 km from Cua Dai Beach. Da Nang International Airport is 30 km away, while the majestic peaks of Marble Mountains are 25 km away. Amazing hotel in a green oasis just near the city center yet super quiet. We had a really nice stay at the Emerald Resort, probably one of the best hotels we had in Vietnam. The pool and outside area by the river is just really really nice, super quiet yet a few minutes from the vibrant ancient town. Everything is doable by foot. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It features a spa and wellness centre, while free Wi-Fi access is available in the entire resort. The hotel is perfectly situated a few minutes walk to the old town and is an absolute oasis on the banks of the river. The staff are what make this place - they do everything to make you feel at home - the service is impeccable! Looking forward to returning again.
