Mayroon ang De Hoop Collection - Opstal Houses ng outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, at tennis court sa De Hoop Nature Reserve. This was a lovely place to visit. The restaurant was excellent, with very nice staff and delicious food. Our three bedroom house was spacious and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed seeing the animals roving the grounds, saw many whales from the dunes.

The facilities and communal areas where you can choose to spend some time, other than in the very comfortable accommodation is delightful. We had beautiful weather which definitely made enjoying the outdoors facilities spectacular. The staff were superb. Having the option to eat on-site makes for a very convenient stay.

If you’re a nature lover, it’s the perfect spot. There’s a great restaurant with a fixed price of €25 per person, but you also have the option to barbecue outside your bungalow. I recommend stocking up on groceries beforehand, as the nearest supermarket is about an hour away. The property offers both indoor and outdoor bathrooms. I tried the outdoor shower, and I highly recommend it for the experience! Even though the property is located within a reserve, we were pleasantly surprised by how few insects bothered us during the barbecue. However, it’s worth noting that, even of the bungalows are a very nice and well manteined, being surrounded by nature, it’s possible for a few insects to make their way inside the little house.

Mayroon ang De Hoop Collection - Village Cottages ng outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, restaurant, at bar sa De Hoop Nature Reserve. We especially loved the guided tours and the guides; wait staff was also great! Plus a great location.

Mayroon ang De Hoop Collection - Vlei Cottages ng outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, at tennis court sa De Hoop Nature Reserve. Loved the rural, quiet scenery with massive dunes, river outlook, excellent food, great service and the family of Mountain Zebras (and Ostriches) near our room. Exceptional restaurant menu.
