We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff few things they need to improve is before giving rooms they need to check each electronics properly and make sure that mentioned things will be available in the room. One of our room fridge and phone was not working in starting than it was solved and room sleepers were not there and after reminding them they arranged it. But overall it was good

OmanWhat I didn’t like about the property: •Check-in took more than 30 minutes, which was quite inconvenient •The lobby is quite small and not really a comfortable place to spend time in •The bathroom is quite small, making it uncomfortable to use •It might be a good idea to bring your own towel, as the ones provided are not of the best quality •Although the hotel has only five floors, the elevator strangely takes a while to arrive •At night, the noise from the bar is very loud and can be quite disturbing inside the room
What I like about the property: • The perfume in the hotel it’s so natural and nice • The bed was comfortable to sleep and calm •I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it’s close to many lively and central areas, and conveniently located near the places I wanted to visit
