You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is nice...Great location...the staff is very helpful...ur tall African looking porter always ready to help...so is others...housekeeping always available when needed..especially one of ur napale guy..I think his name "Dalan"..very nice person. In general it was a good experience...my kids had a great time...close to city centre Deira mall and other shopping places...shop close by 24hr service. Will definitely come again.

Small room. Ibis hotel in the nearby tower in the same complex, shared swimming pool
Close to deira metro station and deira city mall. Also close to the airport 10 minutes by taxi and 20 dirham max via careem app. Fine breakfast.

I find it a bit expensive for Dubai.I like the location, therefore I have been at least 4 times at the hotel! Will be back again in 4 weeks You should offer a loyalty price???

The wifi was less than average and the TV reception pretty bad.
We loved the swimming pool as well as the location in relation to the MTR and Mall with Carefour. I also really appreciated being able to get gluten free bread at breakfast.

The price is a bit higher comparing to other similar options.
Novotel is well managed by Accor Hotels, they have good experience in hotel management and everything was organized perfectly. The hotel location is very central and convenient in Dubai city. Staff is courteous and the premises is clean and comfortable.

Master bed was smaller to sleep with kid. Yes I know there was option to get extra bed but I wanted to sleep with my family and hence it was really difficult to get adjusted onto the provided bed. I just wish it was little bit bigger in size. Also pillows were quite high in size and hence feeling uncomfortable in sleep.
Neat and clean, everything was in place. Well behaved staff. Extra time provided for check out. Swimming pool, food etc was excellent. Wifi was awesome and location was just superb, next to deira city center and metro station.

The Breakfast Buffet was really bad especially it was the First Day of EID.. Maybe the Hotel is trying to save money, but consider we are coming for a good stay along with a good food. Even other guests were also complaining about the same. You will get a good stay, but pls don't take the meal options along with the stay. There are Restaurants near to the hotel. So no need to be worried about food. Arabic, Indian, Pakistani etc cuisines are available near the hotel.

The breakfast time should be more from early morning up to 12.00 should be better as we generally go to bed late and wake up late. this will be a benefic for the guesses.
The cleanliness, welcome, lunch and customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and should return there whenever possible. Special mention to the employees Vasana for the breakfast service and Mahesh for the cleaning service. You are the best.

The bathroom washbasin was blocked and slow to drain, some leakage of water from shower cubicle to the toilet as well.
Very good staff. Located near Airport so good if you are really tired and need some rest.
