This family run hotel is absolutely fabulous. They take pride on everything and will do anything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. The standard of decor is top class, location is brilliant and the breakfast is great. What more can I say.

An exceptional hotel with an exceptional family running it! They could not do more for you! I wish we could take this hotel everywhere we go! The rooms/ bathrooms are lovely - balcony great’ and huge! Breakfast was homemade and different everyday and they remembered everything you liked etc! Attention to detail!! Location - pool is great but the beach is in front of the hotel! Lots of local restaurants too. Don’t book anywhere else - this is the best!

The hotel is located right on the beach, and the sunbeds are included in the price on the beach opposite the hotel. Very friendly atmosphere, very helpful owners, very nice room with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect. Breakfast very tasty with good coffee. The jams made by the owners served for breakfast were outstanding. Very good quality of free wi-fi. Bus stop located very close to the hotel. In the area many restaurants with good and different food. The hotel pool is the apple of the owners' eye ;), perfectly clean water. Thank you for your hospitality!

We would like to thank the staff of this hotel very much for the excellent visit. Hospitality at its best. You feel here in a safe, quiet and qualitative place. We ourselves had bad luck with our rental car and the hotel staff was so kind to offer us help by arranging help the breakfast is very good. we had to miss our last breakfast because of an early flight back, nevertheless we were offered a free drink. it is the little things that make this hotel in my opinion a really good place for multiple nights

The hotel is run by a family. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were provided with a set of towels every other day which gave us guaranteed access to free sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel. Good, home cooked breakfast.

My God, where do we begin? How do you fairly rate something that is perfect? With the best possible location in Durres, this wonderful hotel made our stay better than we could have ever dreamed of. The rooms are large, bright, clean and have everything you could wish for. A fantastic homemade breakfast is served every day at the table. We are incredibly satisfied and will definitely come back. The music from outside can be quite loud but this is likely to impact any hotel in the area.

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Vila 11 in Durrës. The family who run the hotel are amazing hosts who provided a fantastic local breakfast every morning and helped us with anything else we needed. WiFi was strong and reliable. Private parking was good. Pool was great for laps as well as general enjoyment. Great location on the beach front for access to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Room was spacious and comfortable, being newly renovated. We couldn’t recommend this enough and want to say thank you again to our incredible hosts.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about our stay at Vila 11. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Staying at Vila 11 was an absolute pleasure. This family owned hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or city. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip. One of the highlights of our stay was the interaction with the family who owns the hotel. They were incredibly easy to talk to. Breakfast was another great experience, it wasn't a buffet, but a freshly cooked meal served right at our table, and they were always attentive to our needs, asking if we wanted anything else. The hotel's bar was a convenient feature, allowing us to order drinks whenever we wanted. I also appreciated that the area was exclusive to guests, providing a private and serene environment. Beautiful hotel with welcoming and friendly staff, overlooking the main promenade of the beach, with lots of restaurants and local businesses to visit and choose from. The hotel has great amenities, such as a long, clean pool overlooking the beach, spacious and well kept rooms, an absolutely outstanding breakfast including fresh produce from their garden, and convenient parking. The hotel was quiet with sound proofing to block out street noise. I highly recommend this hotel, although on the slightly more expensive side, it's worth it.

i didn't liked family room. specialy the bedroom ruff was very low and i hit my head 100 times 😁. anyways room was in good shape and hotel is brand new. owner is an arcitect who planed all that perfect shape of hotel. very delicious breakfast.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this place! The location was perfect, the breakfasts were delicious, everything was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Moreover, the incredibly kind and friendly family who ran the place made our stay truly exceptional. Their warmth were unparalleled. And a big thank you to Johann. We booked a sea view room which had plenty of space for 2 people. The balcony overlooking the sea was one of my favorites, as the view we had of the sea was amazing. The staff was super polite and super helpful, the breakfast also was varied and super tasty. What we liked mostly was that the hotel is next to the beach, and it was very easy for us to find a place on the beach. Everything was perfect and we were very pleased. 100% recommended and we will be back for sure.

The best accomoditation in Durres far away rooms are new very clean and prepared for long stay on high standarts sea view from balcony is huge bonus from every room, brakfast was wonderful served on terrace by the pool everything was prepared fresh, The pool was nice also if you arrived early you can swim all alone like us and than you can enjoy drinks from the bar right at the hotel great local beer and vine and also some long drinks or best icedcoffe. AND then Householders!! or if you want call them staff, perfect people will fulfill what they see in your eyes with all order. I can't even express how wonderful our stay was thanks to him.

Hotel Villa 11 was the best hotel in beach of Durres area, with wonderful seaview balcony and new modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was next to the beach. I highly suggest it.
