Great hotel located right on the main promenade of Berat. Very close to Mengalem and Gorica and I even had a balcony with great view om the many windows of Berat. Delicious breakfast with great view as well. Clean, easily accessible. Very, very service minded and friendly staff that went very far in helping me parking and fixing everything when I arrived tired and kept forgetting things.

On a central point of the town. They provide excellent parking two minutes walking time away and they give explicit information by message to reach it. The he rooms are not all the same but they are all beautiful.some have a balcony some others better view but all are spacious. The breakfast was more than what we expected. We were really satisfied. The breakfast area is s good n the third floor and has a wonderful view. Although we he hotel in s on the Main Street and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby the rooms are quiet. The receptionists are very professional. I highly recommend the place.

For some of the rooms, be aware that curtains do not block out all of the light, so light sleepers should bring eye masks.

Location is perfect for exploring Berat, located right between each of the main neighborhoods and tourist sites. The rooms are large and comfortable. The included breakfast and parking also add to the value of the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, Just be ready for stairs if you are on the upper floors.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the location and on-site restaurant. The view from our room was great and being right on the main walking area made getting around town easy. There is a nice little park across the plaza for kids to play at. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking is included but first you have to do the check in and they will give you a key for a parking in front of the church. There is no area to leave your car for a moment to do the check in. No elevator.

Nothing was hot for breakfast, which was included. The food was it was just put there and left for when guests woke up, cold fried eggs, cold sausages lol. But plenty of food.

Absolutely fantastic location, right on the promenade where all the restaurants and bars are. Very clean hotel and room with lovely fresh linen and comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon was brilliant, as it was over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wifi and TV worked well. Plenty of hot water for showers. The breakfast was OK! there was plenty of fresh juice, hot coffee, pastries, bread, sliced ham and cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, cereal, yogurt, sweet cakes, fresh fruit.

Actually nothing, everything was completely fine.

There is an underground parking, the reception will give you a card so it is free to park. From the carpark it is about 200m to the hotel. Staff were really attentive to us. The location is also in the middle of all the vibrant things, everything is within walking distance.

Wish there was a lift. We appreciated that we were helped by staff to bring our luggage up and down the stairs as it was difficult for us to do.

The location is excellent. There is parking availability which is a big plus! Also, the staff were most accommodating and helpful, especially Ken who helped us with special requests we needed during our stay. We were there 2 nights and although the bed was a bit tight the room was comfortable.

There's no lift, be ready to do some heavy lifting. The curtain in the bath tub is placed horribly, you're fighting for your life while showering. We stayed there 3 nights and there was no room service done whatsoever, so the bin was full. The TV was small and the cables are in disarray but these flaws were not substantial enough coz the location is great.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to Berat promenade. The breakfast in the 3rd floor is a bit repetitive however the food is fresh and tasty. The server is very responsive and brings you great coffee. Beds are comfy and the AC works well.They provide parking 3 min walk from the hotel!

Breakfast was quite cold but the advantage was the excellent Italian coffee brought by the staff. If you're an early sleeper you might be bothered by the street noise. Overall I was very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Berat was unforgettable. The location of this hotel is the main reason why you should stay here. The hotel is right in the centre so it's close to everywhere. Ideal if you don't have much time and only came for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious. Nothing fancy but all clean enough. Parking is in an underground car park less than 5 minutes walk from the hotetl. They give you a parking card at the front desk, so you have to stop around the hotel for a while first and park after you pick up the card. You cannot drive directly to the hotel, there is a pedestrian zone. The beds were big enough and comfortable. The area around the hotel was busy at first but everything calmed down before midnight.
