Overused pillows Front desk not the most welcoming

For a short stay was ok and good value for money. However there was some lack of daily maintenance.. ie even handsoap was missing, pillows overused..

Excellent value for money. No real complaints. Pillows could be replaced.

Easy check in, at 3am, helpful staff, made cup of tea at 3 am booked taxi, internet, aircon, luggage minding service.

The bathroom is too small and imposible to take a shower. Also, there are not enough blankets. Also, the price was to expensive for the service offered.

Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom and a very strong smell, as the building is quite old.

It's a good place to overnight if you're flying from Aeroparque. Bed linen provided, staff are helpful, drinks for sale

It is an older building so sound does carry. Luckily we brought earplugs which helped perfecting for sleeping through the night.

The pictures are somewhat deceiving as the room we stayed in was very small. And the bed was super hard so I didn't get the best sleep. I wasn't there too much though as I was out exploring the city. Also, for what it's worth this hostel is a 20 minute cab ride or hour walk from most of the attractions outside of Palermo (Avenida de Mayo, Floralis Generica, etc.)

The location inside Palermo is great and the staff is wonderful. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. They were very knowledgeable about the city. Palermo itself is a super cool neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and shops.

Not their fault necessarily…but I wish they had an official quiet time. Both nights I slept there I had to politely get people to quiet down around midnight as they were talking loudly outside my room which had thin walls. I’m old and lame I know haha

It has a good location in the heart of Palermo.

The dorm I was in unfortunately had no AC, and the bathroom is inside the dorm so has no window for ventilation. The hostel did provide a big fan for our room because of this, but the heat was still difficult, as were the mosquitoes. Also the WiFi was patchy in the dorm.

The staff were very helpful as well as friendly. The location is great, close to a lot of cafes and a lot of places of interest are walkable.

Helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Love the balcony and big windows. AC was amazing specially after walking around in the e city. Our room was by the st but the noise didn’t bother us like everyone was saying on their review. Just use white noise ;) They have Yoga and Spanish class. Very close to restaurants, stores bus stops and parks. Its perfect place for solo or couple who wants to meet other travelers

There was wifi available but it didn’t really reach our room. In the common areas it worked perfectly. Of course in a hostel with many people you can’t expect it to be perfect in every corner.

Perfect location in a nice and safe area of Buenos Aires. Staff is super friendly and willing to help/explain. I felt like they went the extra mile to help.

bathroom had a lot of black mould on the ceiling. had to ask for more toilet roll and the bin for the toilet wasn’t emptied. quite noisy if you’re room is next to common area. not many pots and pans in the kitchen, everything was quite worn

I saw that the bathroom was an issue in some comments, but that's really not a problem; it gets wet after showers, but easily clean.
