Nobody at reception spoke English. It would be nice to get recommendations and suggestions from reception with some English. The hand towel and floor towels were not replaced.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a table for me to work from in a quiet area of the hotel which I thought was going above and beyond what I'd expect from them

The rooms (guessing our suite is a good indication) need a refresh; peeling wallpaper, loose power sockets, blanked off (badly!) light sockets, and old furniture. Breakfast was a bit basic and the room small.

Out in the west, close to Callao metro, this big old place was probably quite luxurious once but is now suffering from neglect, at least if our room is an indication. Front desk staff were OK, big room, great aircon, but the room was looking tired and an need of a refresh. Saying that, the actual room (suite) was big and had various areas, but it all needs some TLC. Bathroom was okay, shower was hot and worked fine. I'd not stay here again, but I've stayed in a lot worse and it was clean. Breakfast was simple and basic but okay, the room seems a bit small for the number of guests at times.

The included breakfast was awful with rock hard croissants and I would not book it just because it says breakfast included. Receptionist changes duty and cannot always be english speaking.

The site is meet Av Callao and the Congress Place, so the metro are able to go to different sites.

I didn't like the room color 😁 It was clean and well painted anyway. Seriously the outside flags are quite ugly and old, it's a visual distinctive object, but it's yime to take them out. It's kind of unrespectful to these countries having those old and ugly flags. Food quality wasn't too good, but there were several options.

Television remote controls were faulty at times. Very few English speaking channels. There were problems in general with the TV receptions, due to the rain.

Personnel were very helpful and very nice. The room was really wonderful with a great view. The Breakfast was good, although it would be better some more variation on fruits. I enjoyed the entire experience.

The rooms are scary! Had to walk through a dark corridor to get to it and it’s very big, almost too big with 2 small twin beds. You can hear everything from the outside. The door had an open like peephole almost that was covered up with tissue paper that’s it. Any one could get into it. Tv + WiFi didn’t work. Honestly, would not recommend. I was genuinely scared in that room. Like if it was out of a scary movie.

Maintenance not adequate. Frequent Electricity break down. Stick in the elevator for one hour. Had to call the emergency number myself from the elevator. Emergency fire men came to rescue us by lifting the elevator by hand!! No help at all from the hotel staff! Low quality breakfast. Wifi shutdown frequent. No wifi coverage in the room.

liked nothing at all about this hotel. Outdated rooms mould and dust everywhere uncomfortable night's sleep rude guests in the next room playing loud music until 5.00am
